I’m a proud first-generation child of parents that immigrated to the United States from Haiti in the late 70s. As a first- generation college student in my family, I attended HBCU Florida A &M University and Nova Southeastern University receiving both a Bachelor and Master’s in Accounting.

Growing up, I faced many challenges that fueled my passion to give back to youth in my local community. When I am not volunteering with Gang Alternative, Inc., I am collaborating with other local agencies in an effort share resources and information for youth and community families. I believe the first steps to providing support, start with educating those in my community about the power and importance of financial freedom.

As a Co-Founder of PGD Innovations, I am committed to empowering those in my community and beyond to break generational disparities in their own lives and be passionate about giving back.

It was on my childhood street of Prince George Drive that I knew when given the opportunity someday, I would create a way to help others grow in their purpose. I spent many years learning my interests, strengths and ultimately what career path was best for me; but it wasn’t without some trials along the way.

From those trials and moments of contemplation, PGD Innovations was officially born. The name serves as a constant reminder of that dreamer on Prince George Drive. That this organization was created to provide youth with a foundation to discovering their purpose. I want to expose youth to the traditional and non-traditional routes of success. I want to help as many youths as possible never have to grow up asking themselves the same two questions I and so many others have had to. My passion is to provide them with the tools necessary to break generational curses and create generational wealth within their lives and communities.
